By adopting COFDM molulation and H.264 video compressiom, it could realize steady, clear and real-time video and audio transmission. The AES/ABS encryptions ensure the system security. In addition, voice intercommunication strengthens the system utility. The first responder could get the live commanding from the center to perform tasks.

The backpack mobile transmitter is widely used for emergency control, news broadcasting, accident rescue, anti-terrorism by armed force, nation defense,ect such government departments. It is a good solution for application of real-time video transmission for long range.

HD vechile mount transmitter is the most suitbale solution for application of HD video transmission in high-speed movement for long distance. It could work with backpack system as a repeater,from first responder to the van, and then van to the center. With high power, it could realize the long range 3-50km in non-line-of-sight condition. 

 Solution six:
This portable HD repeater could be used to relay the camera image from the first responder to the command center if there are certain obastcles, as mountains or high buildings between the camera side and the receiving side. This HD repeater could resend the full HD video with very stable performance to command center for longer range
