Regular emergency communication equipments can not work normally in remote mountainous areas because of the poor infrastructure facility and bad geographical environments, which can not ensure the proper disposal of sudden emergencies. It is difficult to set up a fixed repeater on the ground which has a small coverage range but high cost, all which brings the research of drone vehicle PDT transfer communication equipment.  Compared with the traditional  ground mobile repeater,  the flexible repeater based on the drone possess the advantages of full coverage, strong anti-interference, high compatibility and so on. It guarantees a flexible and prompt emergency rescue in severe environment by offering efficient and stable communication for emergency command site.
